• Lighting products: please inspect on arrival — contact us within 15 days for any damage or defect claims
• To start a return, email us with your order number
• Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product. We'll send a replacement or refund, no return shipping required.
