Are your products handmade?

Not handmade, but hand-finished — Retex uses a variety of materials and production methods, including 3D printing, welding, and sanding. Every piece is designed, prototyped, and refined in our studio, then 3D printed to spec, so we control shade geometry, finish, and lighting quality piece by piece rather than sourcing off a shelf.

Where do you ship?

Currently the United States. Interested in international shipping? Message us and we'll send a quote.

How long does shipping take?

3-10 days from order to delivery within the continental US.

What's your return policy?

30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.

Are the bulbs included?

Absolutely. We want every piece ready to use right away. There's also an option to upgrade the included bulb at checkout.

Do you offer custom finishes?

Yes — we can customize a range of details. Message us with what you have in mind.

Where can I see the pieces in person?

Our San Francisco and Denver studios showcase products by appointment. Message us with the pieces you'd like to see to schedule a visit.
